Do you find that your mood sometimes dips and you can be left feeling low or fed up? Especially over the past year? This short session aims to give you some snapshot techniques that you can implement and practice further at home, which will help improve your mood and lift your spirits. We will discuss what causes low mood as well as trial some practical techniques to help combat this.
The course is a one-off session delivered over 1.5.
