During the workshop, you’ll be guided through the essential techniques of jewellery making, including measuring, forming, texturing, soldering, and finishing. With expert instruction, you’ll transform raw materials into a beautiful, fully personalised sterling silver ring that you can cherish or gift to someone special.
You will be given the chance to choose between two styles of ring—open or closed!
ABOUT THE HOST…
Nestled in the picturesque Ribble Valley, the North West Jewellery School was founded in 2023 by local jewellery designer Suzanne Pattinson. With a deep passion for creating handmade jewellery and a strong desire to share this with others, Suzanne began offering jewellery workshops at Holden Clough on Mother’s Day 2022. It was in the Glass House that Suzanne’s dream of establishing a Jewellery School first took root.
Since its opening, Suzanne and her dedicated team of tutors have welcomed over 1,500 students, creating a multi-award-winning space that inspires creativity and encourages students to explore the art of jewellery making.
Whether through one-day workshops or term-time weekly classes, the North West Jewellery School has become a vibrant hub for makers of all skill levels, offering a supportive community where individuals can hone their skills or simply try something new.
