Dreamcatcher making workshop with Guided Nidra Meditation & Cacao

Wednesday 14th January, 1.30pm–4.30pm

£45

This workshop is all about our beautiful thoughts and intentional wording, how we speak to ourselves and a creative focus for bringing into our lives all that we desire.

You will be making your very own Dreamcatcher using:

•Suede cording

•Leather cording

•Various wools/colours/tones

•Hessian string

•Bells

•Feathers

•Glass beading

•The hoops - various options of sizes

Claire will share a story about the dream catcher origins as you sip delicious herbal teas. She will demonstate how to prepare the central web of shapes and how to add additional items. You are also welcome to bring a special trinket that you may have that you would like to add to your dream catcher.

You will then remain seated, finding comfortable positions, and move into a deeply restorative 'yogic sleep' called Nidra where Claire will guide you through a 20 mins session.

Finally, closing the workshop with some delicious heart opening Cacao (and a little intro to the amazing plant and health benefits)
