Decoupage comes in many forms from delicate tissue paper through to thicker fiber and poster print papers. The art is choosing and applying the correct product for you projects .
During the workshop you will learn to decoupage using tissue paper on slate and fiber papers from Redesign with Prima on wood. At the end of the workshop, you will take home 4 decorated slate coasters (a choice of square, hexagonal or round) and a Lazy Susan which is ideal to use in the kitchen or table.
Everything you will need will be provided including a range of tissue papers and Prima decoupage fiber papers.
No previous experience is necessary – just come along and enjoy!
We would suggest that you wear comfortable clothing and bring your own apron if you wish, although we will have a selection of aprons to choose from just in case.
